Victor Kiarsis

 

Victor Kiarsis has had a broad business career as an entrepreneur, investor, and senior finance professional. He owned and operated Capital Recovery Services, a full-service accounts receivable management company with 325 employees, and ShelterLogic, a manufacturing and distribution business with more than 1,300 employees and operations in the United States and China. Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate finance, including real estate finance, senior debt, secured lending, leasing, mezzanine finance, working capital loans, preferred stock financings, and leveraged acquisitions. 

 

From 1992 to 2002, Victor worked with Dilmun Investments, where he purchased, operated, and divested U.S.-based middle-market businesses for a Middle Eastern investor group. His responsibilities included business acquisitions and sales, management structures, business growth, financing, legal, tax, and audit matters, with completed transactions totaling approximately $2.4 billion. Representative transactions included companies in consumer products, photo albums, intimate apparel, physician billing, and independent film production. 

 

Victor holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, where he studied history with concentrations in economics, mathematics, and computer science. He later pursued graduate social work studies at Fordham and completed clinical training and internships involving counseling, acute care, outpatient mental health, trauma, depression, compulsive behaviors, and psychosis. He has also undertaken extensive additional training in Ericksonian hypnotherapy, brief psychotherapy, family therapy, and related therapeutic approaches. Victor presently maintains a private counseling practice utilizing hypnotherapy and has a long personal connection to Palm Beach Polo, where his family has lived since the 1990s.
