Karin Bradeen

 

Karin Bradeen is a Florida resident and has been a homeowner in Shady Oaks since 2020. Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, she graduated from the University of Vienna with a degree in Psychology. Karin spent 20 years in various senior commercial roles at British Airways World Cargo in Vienna, Frankfurt, and Atlanta before making the United States her permanent home in 2015. 

 

Karin, and her husband Christian, are actively involved in Thoroughbred breeding, racing, and aftercare out of Paris, Kentucky. Karin also dedicates her time to volunteering at the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation (TRF), the oldest and largest thoroughbred rescue in the United States. Its Second Chances Program is a unique and pioneering program where inmates build life skills while participating in a vocational training program as they provide supervised care to retired racehorses in need. 

 

Karin’s passion for equine welfare extends to her love for Wellington and its open spaces.
