Instructions on How a Homeowner can log in and edit their own information

Log into www.gateaccess.net and follow the instructions below.

1. Select POLO as your Community Code

1. Enter your User Name – This is your 10 digit home phone number (without dashes). This number must be registered as your home number with the POA Office.

1. Enter your Password – This is your 5 digit security pin number

Palm Beach Polo Golf & Country Club continues to tighten access to the community and you have an important part in this process. By using your PIN (assigned to you when you purchased your property) each time you call security, it speeds up the process of admitting your guests and personal deliveries, as well as adding another layer of protection to you, the homeowner.

Your PIN is designed to identify you as the homeowner when you have scheduled a delivery or have a guest coming to visit you at your home. Our security staff has been instructed to call your home and request your PIN from you in order to verify the guest or delivery/ service person. Security will also call you for your PIN should someone arrive at the gate without authorization from you, even if you have given the name of the guest to them previously. With this system and your assistance, our security access team can expedite admittance into the Polo Club more efficiently and quickly. These PINs are designed for you, the homeowner- do not give it to anyone else, as that will breach the security of the Club.

PINs can be obtained from the POA office by calling 561-514-1800 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
